Custom Built Fabric Tensioning Frame

    
 Fabric Tensioning Frame OE1  

Custom designed table for tensioning fabric in 2 directions to remove creases prior to glueing steel frames into place, this machine features;

  • Free running unwind cradle.
  • Independent fabric feed and take off rollers, with brake motors and pneumatic pinch rollers, to apply tension in length direction.
  • Fixed pneumatic clamp to 1 side of fabric.
  • Pneumatic clamp to 2nd side of fabric, with electrically driven cross tensioning.
  • Safety rope switches to feed and take off rollers.
  • Variable speed.
  • Designed to pre-tension fabric 4.0m long x 1.76m wide. (Accepts rolls upto 0.5m dia)
